"One of the best books I have ever read! Seriously!"
Dear Brian,
I have only gotten about 3/4 of the way to finishing your book, and I thought I should write you and tell you that it is one of the best books I have ever read!! And I should know. I have a personal library of over 1000 volumes, several hundred audio programs, and a large working knowledge of some of the most inspiring people around. Previously one of my favorite books was Brian Tracy's, Maximum Achievement. But I have to tell you that now, your book is at the top of my list, and I will give it as a gift to all my close friends that I care about, and that can use it.
Simply put, I have read dozens and dozens, of peak performance type books, and unequivocally, I truly believe that your book stands out far above any others. Why? Easy. I can tell that you spent a lot of time putting it together. You have laid it out well, with the Pyramid concept of Self-Development. You have put in very practical theories, about overcoming your fears. Then back it up with real life stories, such as that of Helen Keller, and others. (I might add that each of the people's life stories you have chosen, really gives Inspiration to the message you have so carefully laid out. Excellent Choice of Stories!! ) And then at the end of each chapter, you give quotes, and Questions to think about, encouraging the reader to take some action before turning the next page.
Quite Simply I think this is one of the best books I have ever read. I will implement and apply the principles you have given me, to do anything less would be cheating myself.
In all sincerity, I hope that your book becomes a classic, along the lines of "Think and Grow Rich." And I only wish that your book would become MANDATORY REQUIRED READING for every single senior in High School, before they graduate.
I give your book a standing ovation, and I hope that I will have the pleasure of meeting you in person one day, after I have become as successful as you are now.
May your success and prosperity continue to grow, Yours, Sincerely, Jasun Light

Reviewer: William C. Thank you for your book, one more tool in my offense arsenal. I was born in El Salvador, the smallest country in the Americas. As a child I did not dream of becoming a doctor, or a lawyer et al... I dreamt of being the President of the country. I am now on my way to doing just that, after living almost 26 years in the United States. I am a US citizen, ARMY veteran... and love the USA. My heart and my faith, however, are bringing me full circle back to where I began. I have now discovered who "I was born to be..." the leader of millions. If you have sometime, check out my web-page... it is in the early stages and we still have plenty more things to ad to it. We are also building a radio station with national coverage in El Salvador, AM 700, which we hope, Lord willing to use as our tool of communications with the people. This coming Monday I will be traveling to the country to meet with people in the political circles there to try and define our upcoming Presidential run in 2009. My web-page address is: www.williamchamagua.com Thanks again for a great book, and keep up the good work...
Yours truly, William C. Future Presidential candidate of El Salvador

Dear Mr. Souza,
I recently purchased your new book and I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you! Although I am only a few chapters into the book I am discovering so many answers to many years of questions!
I am 44 years old, Vice President of Training for the largest seminar and training company in the nation and yet find emptiness inside! Last night as I closed the book having read about "listening to the voice" I pondered my destiny. When I woke this morning I found that I had a clearer vision of myself and seem to understand the inner voice more. I am a huge fan of designing my own destiny and read everything I can that will add to my quest! However with all that I have read I still find that I am searching for something and not knowing what that is. Anthony Robbins has had a major impact on my life and I will now add your book alongside his as they become my "destiny bibles"!
God Bless you and thank you for sharing your passion and wisdom!

My name is Nicole V.A. I wanted to take this time at 1:15 am to thank you for your powerful book.
Your book, the stories, words of wisdom and questions to think about have truly made a world of a difference and I am only up to chapter 12 (I might add, that I've jump to parts of 13 and 14)
For the first time in such a long time, I rediscovered who I really wanted to be - A Ballet Dancer.
Here's a brief history. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, to a tenacious, demanding and spirited mother who wanted to own her own business. Twice married to men who sought and evidently killed her dreams, she settled for a mediocre life. And in turn she chooses to kill the dreams of her only daughter.
When I was five I took ballet classes, something my folks thought I needed to help break me out of my shyness (did I mention that I was - and yes that is the past tense – horribly shy and for reason, that would require a book.) And to their amazement it did. I flourished, I was outgoing – only in ballet class. I was competitive – only in ballet class. I shined – only in ballet class. At seven I wanted with all my heart to be cast as Sleeping Beauty; instead I dance as a fairy. But that really didn't stop me; I vowed to myself and my parents that I would be the first African American prima ballerina. And just as I made that promise, my lessons ended.
Yet I continued to practice all what I had learned, and unfortunately, that stunted my growth. No more barres, no Pointe. Just what I remembered. So I ventured into writing at age 10. And when some of my friend told me that I would make a good writer, I decided that's what I wanted to be. One of the youngest writers. But when you grow up with dream killers all around you, and no one to really encourage you, sometimes it's not easy. But still I wanted to be a world famous writer, like Maya Angelou.
What happened? The words of my dream killers and stealers filled my ears daily. I had began to give in to the pressures of "keeping my head out of the clouds", and "make a career out of computers". And I did, and I HATE IT!
So what changed? I started an "MLM" business with my husband, and the mlm company loves to give books on self help, self growth, and motivation. And guess what - your book was this month's choice.
What has it done for me? Awaken a desire I have long buried. It has made me realized that I am a computer geek because my mother believed it was "safe"; yet a writer, musician, but most importantly a Dancer has all but died. So what am I going to do? I've started, for now I began practicing again. This 35 year old, mother of two, out of shape person will become a Prima Ballerina, a Writer, and I will learn to play the piano, and speak five different languages and I have 99 other Things To Do before I die.
So thank you for having a "mid" life crisis and sharing with the world your gift because you've helped me discover mine. And when I do become a Ballerina, I'll invite you to my first show; and when I become a Prima Ballerina, I'll invite you to the party so you can hear me play the Piano, and then later listen as I read one of my short stories, that will be published, translated in one of my many languages. And while I accomplish all of these things, I will make to the Top level of my business, with solid, grounded, inspired, faith filled, gifted kids and husband by my side.
When - May 22, 2008 and if I fall short - I'll let you know.
Thanks
Nicole V.A.

Dear Brian, I have to admit...I have not completely finished the book, but it is a Life changing experience like no other. I read at least 2 books a month for spiritual and personal growth and your book has touched me in ways no other book has. In the early chapters you wrote about Passion. I looked deep with in myself and really found what has been on my heart for years now and that is to start a non-profit organization, a home for young women ages 15-24 who may only understand that love comes from men and sex. My dream is to affect the lives of women and bring hope to many who do not see it for themselves. I have to tell you as well, you also stated in the book that God whispers, sometimes shouts, and clues of our purpose...I read that section over and over and realized many clues I have received. The amazing thing though is that I received a message the night before I read that chapter...it was of a beautiful young girl, maybe 5 yrs old, named Olivia, she was hanging with a gang, I saw here and immediately my heart desired to love on her as much as she would allow. That Brian was a dream, yet so vivid I can still remember her name and how she had her hair done and where we were. You have done an excellent job writing this book and you have been and will continue to be a blessing for many, many people!

Dear Brian,
I had the privilege of reading your book, what a fantastic way you have put it together.
In the past I have read many books on self help from authors like Dr. Schuller, Aug Mandino, Les Giblin Mr. Stephen Covey and many others, but you have greatly touched me especially in the last few chapters.
I had written a book myself (not published) with the title You are Born to win, after reading your book I am contemplating publishing my book, this is my first book and I believe it will undoubtedly touch many lives, just as yours has touched mine and many others as well and after reading the parts where you emphasize on service to others and giving it away I am contemplating publishing it in some form that it may benefit others without any monetary rewards for myself. Since I am new to publishing and don't have a literary background I was sitting on this book for the last one year, and without proper guidance I was not sure where to turn to, in your book I read about Oprah Winfrey and visited her site too, to look into whether publishing it for free or donating my work was a good idea. Currently, I am a practicing physician (neurologist) in the NY metro area.
I am therefore seeking your advice in this regard, which will be dearly appreciated.
Thanks again, for the amount of work you put into this work, with examples of past and present people who have left a positive impression and contribution to others in this world. You are definitely one of them.

Brian,
Just wanted to write to you to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your new book. I took it on a trip with me to England over the holidays as I knew that I would have several hours of flight time fill. This is the best "self help" type of book I've read. It gave me some easy steps to take to get a better handle on goals for my life. I loved the real life examples of people who have made it over great obstacles. I read several pages to my daughter as we talked over our New Years resolutions and what we wanted to concentrate on for improvement in out lives for the next year. She was quite interested in the Wilma Rudolph story as she had met her in Nashville.
This will be a book that I will give as a gift to many friends and family members as soon as it is available. By the way, I finished the book way before I returned home. Everyone had to listen to me reading excerpts as we traveled around England and Scotland.
Hope you have great success.

Brian,
I come from a humble Hispanic family, we came with nothing to the USA only with our dreams of owning our own home and to live much better, and now thanks to God and the gifts that He has given us, we are living well, and we own a house. We are also thinking about opening business to help out the Hispanic community. For us, the first thing that we had to do was to change the way we think. After that, a lot of things started to change. We want other people, especially in the Hispanic community, to know how to discover their talents and gifts. Could you please let me know when your book will be in Spanish? I think it will be a huge impact. Well, I won't take no more of your time, but just want to thank you again for everything.

I have been leading workshops for over 10 years, everything from leadership to disc profiles to parenting. I have been profoundly moved and impacted by your book; I have recommended it to many (including a woman I met at Barnes and Noble looking for a Life Coach). Thank you for your work, for sharing your insights and your life. I would like to use it as a reference tool for a workshop I am currently creating for youth and their parents, please let me know how I can. Have you considered putting it on CD? Many would benefit from their driving time. Thank you again, you are an inspiration!!

Sir,
I totally loved your book. I am an immigrant to this great country, I came here to get a good education and get a taste of the American dream. I was so much involved in the daily routine; I started missing the essence of life. I have read many books, listened to great talks, But your book really made me think about my life and all the great gifts GOD had instilled in me.
I am so very thankful to you, your wonderful book. I feel so wonderful, I feel so happy, I feel so responsible, I feel so thrilled, I feel the best is yet to come, I feel I will make a great impact in this world and I feel totally renewed.
Whatever you wrote has impacted my life to the better, and I am sure will impact many people. Whatever I paid for the book I received in reading the first page of the book itself. The book you wrote is Priceless provided the person who is reading really applies the principles.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing such an impacting book. I am recommending this book to everyone I know, I am 100% sure their life will be touched by learning the principles in the book you portrayed. Thanks once again.

Hi Brian,
My name is Nimo I. and I am currently reading your new book "Become who you were born to be". This is one incredible book and I wanted to tell you that it has made a difference in my life. The self growth and knowledge for self improvement I got is phenomenal. I can relate so much with you in terms of feeling stuck in life because that's where I was and now working to come out of the rut.
Not a lot of people know how incredible a book can touch so many lives. At least I can speak that for myself. This book has opened my life and mind to another new level. It made me realize that you can become who you were born to be if you look deep within yourself to realize the gift that God granted you with. This is where one gets the fulfillment they need in order for one to live a life of serenity. Thank you for making a difference in my life. May God bless you more each day.

Currently, I'm a police sergeant in New Jersey. Police work is a good profession; however, this occupation has me completely miserable. I started feeling guilty for not being satisfied with what God has entrusted me with, but there is something inside me that keeps telling me that police work is not my calling. Mr. Souza's book is a tremendous resource of information to help guide you with internal conflict. This book was a suggested reading for my business book of the month club and I'm glad I had the privilege to read it. As I'm writing I'm preparing to read it a second time because there was so much information that is helpful to me that I want to go back and gleam everything that I can.

Hello Brian, I must say that your book is one the best books I have ever read. I have been working in a high paying job with very big consulting company. But since last couple of years I was bit uncomfortable and wanted to do something different. I have still not found what that is but your book has certainly provided me the great inspiration to work towards finding my gift. Thank you very much. Rupesh S.
